The new episode of PD Talk features Zhao Zhongxiu, president of the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing. In the interview, Zhao says China will continue to deepen reform and opening-up, providing market opportunities for foreign trade through the launch of island-wide special customs operations at Hainan Free Trade Port. Looking ahead to the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030), he says China will be more integrated into the global economy and provide a stable, transparent and predictable business environment.
