校新闻网讯（国际经济贸易学院供稿）国际经济贸易学院注重科研可持续发展能力的建设，以国际发表为标志的国际学术活动频繁，成效明显。2007年上半年，学院陆续有6篇被SSCI或SCI收录的论文在国际学术期刊上发表，其中洪俊杰副教授有４篇论文正式发表，分别是：(1) Hong J. (2007). Transport and the location of foreign logistics firms: the Chinese experience, Transportation Research Part A, 41(6), 597-609. (该期刊2006年的SSCI影响因子为1.632，在所有交通运输类的国际学术期刊中排名第二）。(2) Hong J. (2007). Location determinants and patterns of foreign logistics services in Shanghai, China, Service Industries Journal, 27(4), 339-354. (Lead article)。(3) Hong J. and Liu B.L. (2007). Logistis development in China: A provider perspective, Transportation Journal, 46(2), 55-65。 (4) Hong J., Chin A. and Liu B.L. (2007). Logistis service providers in China: current status and future prospects, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, 19(2), 168-181。赵忠秀、黄晓玲、叶东亚和Paul Gentle四位教师合作完成的论文“China’s Industrial Policy in Relation to Electronics manufacturing”。 China & World Economy, 15(3),33-51。王强教授与美国Southern Mississippi大学Fujun Lai博士和香港中文大学赵先德教授合作完成的论文“Taxonomy of information technology strategy and its impact on the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) in China”在International Journal of Production Research（2007, No.10, 2195-2218）正式发表。International Journal of Production Research是国际上管理科学领域著名的学术期刊，被SCI收录。

2007年上半年学院有4篇论文被接受发表，其中葛嬴教授有两篇，分别是与Yashen Chen合作的论文“Foreign Ownership and Productivity in Joint Ventures”被 Economic Development and Cultural Change正式接受；与Gordon Anderson 合作的论文“Intercity Income Inequality, Growth and Convergence in China”（与）被 Journal of Income Distribution正式接受。王强教授与美国Southern Mississippi大学Fujun Lai博士和香港中文大学赵先德教授合作完成的论文“The Impact of Information Technology on the Financial Performance of Third-Party Logistics Firms in China”被Supply Chain Management: An International Journal正式接受。该杂志是国际上物流与供应链管理领域最顶尖的学术期刊之一，被SSCI收录。赵忠秀教授与美国Illinois State University的Kevin H. Zhang教授合作完成的论文“China's Industrial Competitiveness in the World”被 The Chinese Economy正式接受。该杂志的论文被SSCI所检索。

国际经济贸易学院还注重组织和参与国际学术会议。2007年7月12-13日，由学院参与创建的 “全球商务与贸易国际学会”（International Academy for Global Business and Trade-IAGBT）第四届年会在菲律宾大学Los Banos分校成功举行，葛嬴、唐宜红、黄晓玲、刘晓惠、洪俊杰、陈志鸿均有论文入选，赵忠秀教授作为学会的副会长在会议的开幕式上致辞，并和葛嬴教授分别担任了会议分会的主席。在此次会议上，国际经贸学院的学者不论是主持会议，宣读论文，还是担任论文评论人，均表现出色，向国际同行展示了我校学者的学术功底和风采。

2007年8月8－11日，学院参与创办的“全球商业与经济发展学会”（Society for Global Business & Economic Development －SGBED) 的第十届年会在日本京都召开，此次会议的议题为“创业与创新：全球商务与经济发展必由之路”，学院的门明、唐宜红、王晓东、胡瑞娟、朱明侠、董保民、孙华妤、刘晓惠等教师向大会提交论文，通过了评审程序被接受，并被邀请出席会议宣读论文。作为该学会的创始人之一，林桂军教授将应邀在会议上做主题发言。

董保民博士牵头组织的国际经贸学院与日本大分大学经济学部联合举办的“21世纪中日经济合作关系”国际研讨会将于2007年9月下旬在我校举行。杨伟勇博士牵头组织的国际经贸学院与法国里昂第二大、法国科学院以及法国外交部现代中国研究中心联合举办 “中国农村发展的挑战”国际学术研讨会将于2007年10月下旬在我校举行。

孔淑红教授与德国学者M. Peper van der Hoek合作的论文Tax Burdens of Foreign and Domestic Enterprises in China，被 64th International Atlantic Economic Conference所接受，将于2007年10月7-10日在美国佐治亚州的Savannah宣读论文。孔淑红教授的另一篇会议论文被Journal of Public Budgeting, Accounting and Financial Management所发表。

此外，国际经济贸易学院在2007年上半年接待了两位驻院访问学者杨妮妮博士（美国旧金山州立大学）和王运通教授（加拿大温莎大学），以及十多位短期学术访问学者。
